Diana is nationally licensed (U.S.) and accredited in acupuncture: holding a Masters of Science Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. The four-year degree program also specialized in herbal medicine together with western diagnosis and evaluation.  She worked for some time assisting in the treatment of Musculo-skeletal disorders and sports injuries treating various professional athletes. She participated in numerous clinical intern programs (including palliative care treatments for terminally ill patients and specialist clinics for seniors), also in settings that provide health care for the homeless and disadvantaged, as well as running her own home-based health practice.  Her experience includes working alongside western MD's in the treatment of drug and substance abusers, terminally ill patients, and sports/athletics injury clinics together with more general practice ranging from gynecological disorders, gastrointestinal problems and fibromyalgia to treatments for coughs, colds and headaches.
